About The Position

The individual will use cleaning devices, including 16oz wet mops, wringers, dusters, vacuum cleaners, cleaning chemicals, and other necessary tools, products, and supplies. This job requires the applicant to be able to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.

Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment and annual physical examination.
• Must be able to demonstrate the correct use of chemicals, supplies, and tools after brief training.
• Previous environmental experience preferred.
• Must understand the potential hazards presented by the use of chemicals.
