About The Position

The Environmental Sustainability Integration Manager will lead the integration and strategic planning activities across the Disney Experiences segment to achieve The Walt Disney Company's environmental goals. This role involves overseeing various environmental initiatives, including waste reduction, water conservation, and emissions reduction, while fostering collaboration across business units.

Requirements

• Proven leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust-based partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainability programs with knowledge of SBTi, RECs, and Natural Climate Solutions.
• Project management skills to develop clear scope, schedule, budget, and roadmaps.
• Facilitation skills to simplify messages for clarity across global audiences.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure or experience in finance and budgeting for projects.
• Familiarity with sustainability disclosure frameworks like SBTi, CSRD, TCFD.

Responsibilities

• Lead segment strategic planning and integration, driving program development and building consolidated roadmaps for environmental goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead planning and integration of segment environmental opportunities with Corporate Sustainability partners.
• Support the design of a company-wide tracking and reporting tool for environmental progress.
• Lead quarterly consolidated reporting roll-up activities across all segment environmental initiatives.
• Represent the company through public speaking engagements and enable collaboration among global partners.
