Requirements

• 6 months general housekeeping experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient and family populations.
• Demonstrated effective customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, using good judgment in completing work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks for patient and resident rooms, nursing station, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and any other areas assigned.
• Follow standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department and facility standards and objectives.
