About The Position

Legacy Healthcare Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Environmental Director to lead our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry Departments. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in maintenance, housekeeping, environmental services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, OSHA regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare setting and prioritize resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
• Manage department budgets, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
• Supervise, train, and support environmental services staff.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.
