Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee remediation projects from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Ensure projects comply with all environmental regulations and company policies.
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures on all job sites.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Investigate and report any safety incidents.
Ensure all remediation activities meet quality standards and client specifications.
Perform regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide clear direction and support to team members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients.
