About The Position

Responsible for managing activities related to the facility's environmental permits, programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Assesses compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations and acts as an advisor to internal customers. Solves complex problems and seeks guidance for highly complex problems. Establishes programs and controls for a sustainable compliance program. Completes regulatory reports and represents the operation's regulatory compliance program with regulators. Performs other duties as assigned.
