About The Position

Sierra Health and Wellness uses evidence-based methods to accomplish the restoration of families, relationships, and self-worth. By transforming the character, we give life back to the people who have lost it through substance abuse and mental health issues. Our inpatient facility houses 29 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Our newly remodeled location offers amenities to both our clients and staff located in Concord, CA. They ensure facilities are well-stocked, organized, and sanitary. When not cleaning the employee will be assisting with the daily residential assistant duties.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Possess CPR/First Aid certification.
Current TB test and health screen.

Responsibilities

Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of floors
In charge of treatments such as stain-removal as needed
Dispose of trash from bins and containers
Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed
Scrub sinks and toilets in bathrooms
Clean windows, mirrors, and counters as needed
Keeps all public spaces neat and tidy
Sanitize all doorknobs, counters, and hard surfaces
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
Keeps inventory of needed supplies
Completes all facility laundry
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Conduct and document safety checks
Other duties as assigned
