About The Position

As our new Environmental Services Technician, you are the backbone of the property's environmental health. This is a high-impact, heavy-duty role that goes beyond standard cleaning. You will act as a specialized sanitation technician, managing the collection of waste across designated areas and ensuring proper segregation of recyclables and food waste. A key part of your day involves the specialized transport and safe disposal of used cooking oils from various restaurants on the property. You will also operate industrial compactors and perform deep-cleaning of back-of-house (BOH) areas. As a vital waste management specialist, you'll ensure that the "behind the scenes" of this Nashville landmark stays spotless, safe, and efficient.

Requirements

1+ year heavy cleaning or industrial maintenance
Ability to lift 35+ lbs repeatedly
Must pass the background, drug screen, and E-Verify
Heavy Duty Mentality: You enjoy active work and are comfortable with the "tougher" side of maintenance, including oil disposal and industrial waste.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet throughout a large property for the full shift.
Reliability: You are ready to own the Friday–Tuesday schedule and be a teammate we can count on.

Nice To Haves

Experience with waste segregation or compactors preferred.
Technical Skill: Experience operating machinery like compactors or handling specialized waste is a huge plus.
