About The Position

The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for performing custodial and housekeeping duties throughout the medical center, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in various areas including patient rooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, hallways, and restrooms. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff, contributing to the overall mission of Providence to care for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in the community.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping/custodial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and refurbish all areas of assigned facilities including patient rooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Perform exterior cleaning of entrance areas and sidewalks.
• Remove trash from parking garages.
