Requirements

• One (1) year prior experience in Environmental Services or related service, or advanced degree.
• Ability to accept responsibility, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and direct the activities off assigned personnel, while completing assigned Environmental Services Floor Tech on Environmental Services Area Tech assignment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate necessary machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• While completing an assigned task assists with personnel, ensuring that work schedules are completed timely and accurately.
• Assists supervisor in maintaining a high quality standard of Performance by relating the current condition of assigned areas.
• Will perform the duties of a Floor Care Tech or Environmental Services Tech.
