Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ Years of prior relevant experience in EVS or Housekeeping or Janitorial service required
6+ months of prior relevant guest services/guest contact position experience preferred
Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees.
Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift.
Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas.
Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training.
Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
