Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in EVS or Housekeeping or Janitorial service required
  • 6+ months of prior relevant guest services/guest contact position experience preferred
  • Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees.
  • Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
  • Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift.
  • Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas.
  • Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training.
  • Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
