About The Position

The Environmental Services Supervisor assists the manager in planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of the department functions which are necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment. This role participates in the work activities of assigned teams by providing assistance, serving as a technical resource, and actively participating as a team member. The supervisor contributes to the department's success through effective work coordination, resource management, and goal accomplishment, while also supporting and communicating Sentara's mission, values, goals, and directions to team members.

Requirements

  • High School Grad or Equivalent
  • CHEST Certification
  • 1 year of Supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

  • Some College
  • 2+ years supervisory experience

Responsibilities
