About The Position

The Environmental Services Supervisor oversees Lake Region Healthcare housekeeping activities to ensure that our facilities provide an exceptionally clean and safe environment for our employees, patients and visitors. He/she supervises and assigns tasks to our EVS/Housekeeping staff, provides training, monitors inventory and performs housekeeping duties throughout the facilities. The Supervisor reports to the enterprise-wide Environmental Services Director.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• A broad knowledge of cleaning procedures as related to hospitals and clinics preferred.
• Valid MN motor vehicle operator's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
