Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ Years of Experience in EVS or PAD.
• Works varied shifts to include holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual.
• Strong administrative experience and computer proficiency highly preferred.
• Valid Drivers License required to start.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees.
• Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees.
• Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift.
• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training.
• Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
