About The Position
The Environmental Services Specialist performs a variety of routine and major professional cleaning duties in public and private spaces of the university. This role responds to urgent cleaning needs due to spills or accidents and adheres to an established schedule to maintain cleanliness standards. The specialist uses professional cleaning products, equipment, and techniques while interacting with customers, visitors, students, coworkers, and others in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. The position also involves assisting other team members with daily work and special projects, utilizing assigned communication devices.
