What You'll Do: Support the Director of EVS in all housekeeping and laundry operations to meet cleanliness and safety standards Lead, train, and coach day shift staff, fostering engagement and accountability Ensure compliance with hospital infection prevention protocols and Forefront Healthcare policies Collaborate closely with clinical departments and hospital leadership to align goals Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational reporting Manage departmental records and documentation as required Participate in audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives Promote a positive and professional work environment focused on patient-centered care

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare Environmental Services or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of infection prevention and healthcare compliance standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled at coaching and developing staff
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable working day shifts, with some weekend and holiday flexibility
