About The Position

The EVS Manager will oversee the day-to-day 2nd shift operation of the EVS department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to training, coaching, and evaluating team, and directing team regarding departmental policies and procedures. Manager will prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for maintenance, repair and changes in operational procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members.

Requirements

• Associates Degree Required
• 5 Years of Supervisory Experience
• 3 Years of EVS Working Experience
• In lieu of an associates degree you may have 10 Years of Supervisory Experience and 6 Years of EVS Working Experience.
• Excellent communication skills
