Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare Environmental Services or a related field
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled at coaching and developing staff
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable working PM shifts, with some weekend and holiday flexibility
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of EVS in all housekeeping and laundry operations to meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Lead, train, and coach staff, fostering engagement and accountability
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and Forefront Healthcare policies
- Collaborate closely with clinical departments and hospital leadership to align goals
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational reporting
- Manage departmental records and documentation as required
- Participate in audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promote a positive and professional work environment focused on patient/resident-centered care
- Other Duties as Assigned
