About The Position

West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to join our hospital leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive conditions within the facility, directly impacting patient care and their quality of life. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in all phases of housekeeping required.
• Demonstrated knowledge with hospital procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists as necessary in all work activities of Environmental Services personnel.
• Plans and directs the work of all housekeeping workers at the assigned facility.
• Provides job performance evaluation and supervision for all housekeeping workers.
• Manages the Housekeeping Department based on the approved budget and the goals and objectives of the hospital.
• Performs all of the duties of a housekeeping worker.
