About The Position

Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager 2 / Environment Services Manager to join our team of professionals in the MidAtlantic Region. Travel is 90% throughout the MidAtlantic Region. Expected travel areas are Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia , DC, Pennsylvania, and Delaware . Typical schedule is 10 days on with 4 days off. The ideal candidate will reside in this market with easy access to a major airport and must have a valid driver's license. This is a temporary role, expected to last up to 18 months. Travel Requirements: Approximately 90% travel throughout the East Coast (VA, DC, MD, DE, PA). S chedule: Overnight travel: 10 days on / 4 days off; Local travel: 5 days on / 2 days off. Expenses: Mileage and hotel accommodations reimbursed. What You'll Do Provide hands-on operational support across multiple sites, ensuring high standards in housekeeping and laundry services . Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations , seamlessly transitioning between resident-facing and operational tasks. Collaborate with clients and residents daily to maintain service excellence and satisfaction. Drive compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements across assigned locations. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Environmental Services operations , including laundry and housekeeping
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to diverse environments and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible scheduling.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM
