About The Position

The Environmental Services Engineer, also referred to as a Casino Housekeeper, is responsible for delivering cleaning services within designated Casino areas. This role ensures adherence to approved Coushatta Casino Resort policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, the position involves assisting with minor maintenance tasks in public areas, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets, and reporting any issues requiring further attention to the Supervisor Housekeeper or Housekeeping Shift Manager. Key duties also include restocking paper and chemical supplies, maintaining washroom supplies, and organizing housekeeping storage rooms.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Providing cleaning services in assigned Casino areas ensuring approved Coushatta Casino Resort policies, procedures and standards.
  • Assists in the minor maintenance in public areas, such as: changing light bulbs, unplugging toilets, etc.
  • Reports problems that need further attention to the Supervisor Housekeeper or Housekeeping Shift Manager on duty.
  • Re-stocks paper supplies, chemical supplies in bottles, and maintains washroom supplies.
  • Stocks and maintains housekeeping storage rooms.
