The Environmental Services Director at Jefferson Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing leadership that supports a team environment fostering morale, passion, quality, and respect. The role involves demonstrating a continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer and patient satisfaction, leading and managing team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments. The director will perform daily inspections and assessments, coach and counsel team members, and collaborate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals. Additionally, the director will analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals, execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems and budgets, and drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.
