Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years supervisory experience in building maintenance
- Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, various mechanical, electronic and plumbing systems preferred
- Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Advanced technical certificate/trade desirable (ex. HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certificate)
