This is a 617 bed acute care hospital with 45 client paid staff. A vibrant waterfront community, Toms River offers a wide variety of recreational activities and is 1.5 hours from Philadelphia. This custodial manager will oversee a Split Shift schedule (11:00am start time) and as business needs dictate, some weekends and holidays may be required. We're looking for someone with a hospitality mindset; with strong customer and employee engagement experience that comes from a healthcare, hotels, or corporate housekeeping background.
