About The Position
Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a Environmental Services Custodial Manager to support a leading Oil and Gas client in Belle Chasse, LA. This on-site role oversees a team of 10 janitorial technicians and porters, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of both common and operational areas. Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, quality control, and daily task management. The manager will be accountable for maintaining high standards across all cleaning operations-including restrooms, break areas, floors, and general areas-while supporting special projects as needed. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance are essential for success in this role.
