About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Environmental Services /Custodial Operations Manager 1 to join us at SSM St. Clare Hospital located in Fenton, MO. This general medical and surgical hospital is part of the SSM Health system and has 184 beds. This is primarily a day shift opportunity, but may require additional shifts as needed along with some weekends and holidays. This Manager will lead, develop and train a team of up to 42 hospital employees with an emphasis on client and patient satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous management experience in Environmental Services in a hospital or healthcare setting OR in the Hospitality industry. Seeking candidates with excellent customer service experience with a successful work history leading and motivating employees. Candidates must be able to work independently. Experience with the Joint Commission/CMS and/or Hazmat Standards is desired. Requirements
