Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager 2 for Hillcrest Medical Center located in Tulsa, OK. Hillcrest Medical Center is a 620-bed hospital and is among Oklahoma’s most widely respected and acclaimed hospitals, offering extraordinary care and a multitude of services in many areas including the state’s largest dedicated heart hospital What You'll Do be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives; effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or support a diverse and inclusive workforce. Requirements

  • experience leading, training and managing a team in a healthcare environment
  • develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
  • customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
  • strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
  • experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
  • proficiency with computers and other technology
  • ability to work a 1st shift schedule (start time is 7:00am) Monday through Friday with a weekend and holiday rotation

Nice To Haves

  • ability to speak Spanish will assist in managing this workforce (preferred, not required)
