About The Position
Join Our Team at Moses Cone Hospital! Sodexo is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Custodial Manager II to lead environmental services operations across our expansive and fast-paced healthcare campus in Greensboro, NC . Moses Cone Memorial Hospital is a 63-acre, 628-bed teaching hospital and regional referral center committed to excellence in patient care, cleanliness, and safety. This is a second shift role ( 2:00pm start time) with some rotating weekends as holidays as business needs dictate overseeing a housekeeping team of 30. Our growing campus includes: Women’s & Children’s Center (opened 2020) The Heart & Vascular Center – Bell Tower (opened 2025) Multiple on-site Medical Office Buildings This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a healthcare environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and maintaining exceptional standards. What You'll Do Provide leadership and operational oversight for second shift custodial/EVS services Ensure compliance with infection prevention, regulatory, and safety standards Manage staffing, productivity, quality assurance, and patient satisfaction initiatives Collaborate with clinical and support departments to support patient throughput and discharge efficiency What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
