About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Manager 2 to oversee daily operations of an 800+ bed hospital on the 2nd shift with rotating weekends and holidays for UF Health Jacksonville Downtown Campus located in Jacksonville, Florida. The Custodial Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager on the 2nd shift and will be responsible to oversee a team of 20-25 frontline housekeeping employees. Will need to be flexible to assist other shifts when business needs arise. Approximate hours are 2:30PM - 11:30PM. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality
possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program
monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion
have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
are results and safety driven
are proficient with computers and other technology, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
