About The Position
The Environmental Services Associate at Jefferson Health is responsible for maintaining a high standard of housekeeping within the healthcare facility. This role involves performing cleaning functions in assigned areas, following specific methods to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for patients and staff. The associate also plays a crucial role in preventing cross-contamination, controlling bacteria, and maintaining acceptable aseptic conditions. Additionally, they may assist with moves, recycling, delivery of supplies, and the removal of trash and biohazard waste.
