Days 7AM to 3:30PM): Rotating weekends and holidays, with scheduled days off on Tuesdays and Thursdays Job Summary Summary Responsible for providing support services and assistance in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness by ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for guests, patients, or occupants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Customer Service Experience 1-2 years preferred or Housekeeping Experience 0-1 year preferred
  • Familiarity with different cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of the assigned areas.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service skills to ensure guest/patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
  • Trustworthiness and a strong work ethic to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Handles and maintains linen supplies, including changing bed linens, replenishing towels and toiletries, and collecting and sorting soiled linens for laundry services.
  • Properly disposes of trash, recyclables, and hazardous materials according to established procedures and regulations.
  • Monitors and restocks supplies and amenities such as toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other necessary items.
  • Maintains accurate records of cleaning activities, including daily cleaning logs, room occupancy status, maintenance requests, and other relevant documentation.
  • Follows established safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
