The Environmental Services Aide I is responsible for completing routine housekeeping duties to ensure that the Medical Center maintains a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and employees. Employees in this role may also handle hazardous drugs, which involves managing, storing, preparing, receiving, unpacking, transporting, disposing of, or administering drugs identified as hazardous or potentially hazardous by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and in accordance with USP 800 guidelines.
