About The Position

The Environmental Services Janitor is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting: Offices; Break Rooms; Conference Rooms; Public Areas; Hallways; Stairwells; Elevators; Patient Care Areas, Exam Rooms, Clinics; Ancillary Areas, and Court Rooms. Requirements

All applicants must be able to pass a background check including a fingerprint check for CBI/FBI allowing access to restricted areas.
Hold a valid driver license

Responsibilities

High dust vents, ledges, and light fixtures
disinfect horizontal surfaces and counter tops
spot clean walls and interior windows
damp wipe high touch areas
toilets
sinks
water fountains
spot clean walls and interior windows
disinfect handrails
disinfect benches and chairs
disinfect entrance doors and windows
dry and wet mop hard surfaced floors
vacuum and spot clean carpets
restock paper products and hand soap dispensers
Follow all safety and accident prevention practices
Follow proper procedure for handling wastes and recyclables
Oral and written communications must be clear and effective
Perform other duties as assigned
Regular attendance to perform the essential duties on site during regularly scheduled shift is required
