About The Position

We are seeking experienced Environmental Science Evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation project with a leading AI research organization. In this role, you will assess AI-generated research reports related to climate data, pollution metrics, resource consumption, biodiversity, and weather patterns, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and scientific validity. Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for professionals with a background in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology (environmental focus), Climate Science, or Sustainability Studies, who have hands-on experience analyzing environmental data and research outputs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in environmental science, ecological research, sustainability analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience working with climate datasets, environmental monitoring systems, or pollution reports.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing resource consumption data (water, energy, land use, etc.).
  • Familiarity with biodiversity data, species population tables, and ecosystem assessments.
  • Understanding of weather analysis and environmental trend reporting.
  • Experience sourcing and validating environmental data from reliable public or scientific sources.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Climate Science, Sustainability Studies, or a related field.
  • Candidates requiring H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship are not eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated reports for accuracy, relevance, and data integrity.
  • Assess insights derived from climate data, pollution measurements, and resource consumption analyses.
  • Verify species population data, biodiversity metrics, and environmental tables using credible public and scientific sources.
  • Analyze weather patterns and environmental trends for correctness and clarity.
  • Identify inconsistencies or errors in ecological and sustainability-related reporting.
  • Work independently to complete evaluations within defined timelines.
  • Ensure consistency, precision, and high-quality outputs across all tasks.
