As an Environmental Safety and Health Engineer within Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Your responsibilities will encompass both operational and strategic aspects of the site's safety programs and the Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) management system. You will also support teams engaged in C6ISR and TLS, contributing to the overall mission of the organization. In this role, you will provide comprehensive environmental, safety, and health services to maintain a secure and compliant workplace. You will focus on various safety areas, including Confined Spaces, Contractor Safety, Cranes & Slings, Fall Protection, Hazard Communication, Ladder Safety, Machine Guarding, Aerial lifts, Powered Industrial Trucks, and Raised Platforms & Scaffolding. Your ability to represent the organization at various levels will be essential, as you will effectively convey the company's strategy and objectives while offering leadership and team support to ESH department members.
