About The Position

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible professional experience in environmental compliance, health, and safety programs, including some experience in the aviation industry.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in air, water, and soil pollution control.
• Experience in solid waste and hazardous materials management.
• Experience in toxic material control.
• Familiarity with Missouri Risk Based Corrective Action, RCRA and CERCLA regulations, and wastewater management.
• Master's or Post-Graduate Degree attainment/completion.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings by stooping, bending, and climbing stairs.
• Recognize and identify similarities or differences between characteristics of colors, shapes, sounds, odors, and textures associated with job-related objects, materials, and tasks.
• Detect danger from hazardous/flammable materials through sensory recognition.
