About The Position
As a leader in your region, you will drive financial success through sustainable growth and profitability, focusing on business development and marketing initiatives. You will monitor the operational finances of each environmental department, including profit, loss, and accounts receivable. Your role will involve overseeing marketing and business development strategies, seeking project leads, and promoting the ECS brand. Building team-oriented relationships with various staff members will be crucial in seeking out business opportunities. You will participate in regional trade associations and conferences to provide leadership and identify project opportunities. Evaluating market trends and applying best management practices will be part of your responsibilities, along with assisting in the strategic direction of regional marketing and business development personnel. You will facilitate the completion of regional proposals and support department managers in monitoring workloads and staffing levels. Additionally, you will participate in recruiting strategic personnel and train employees to achieve business objectives.
