About The Position
As a leader in your region, you will drive financial success through sustainable growth and profitability, focusing on business development and marketing initiatives. You will monitor the operational finances of each environmental department, including profit, loss, and accounts receivable. Your role will involve overseeing marketing strategies, seeking project leads, and promoting the ECS brand. Building relationships with environmental, local office, and regional marketing staff will be crucial in identifying business opportunities. You will participate in trade associations and conferences to provide leadership and seek project opportunities, while also evaluating market trends and applying best practices. Additionally, you will assist in the strategic direction of regional marketing and business development personnel, facilitate proposal completions, and lead department managers. Supporting department managers in workload assessments and participating in recruitment and training will also be key responsibilities.
