The mission of the Department of Defense (DoD) Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is to demonstrate innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet DoD's environmental and installation energy challenges. To maintain military readiness and reduce maintenance costs, the DoD is motivated to improve the instability of weapons systems and platforms life cycles. This initiative is accomplished through reducing pollution and developing environmentally friendly alternative materials. SERDP and ESTCP are developing and demonstrating the science, tools, and techniques needed to meet critical defense performance criteria while also reducing the impact on the environment and protecting the health of DoD workers and military personnel. The Weapons Systems and Platforms (WP) portfolio covers a breadth of topics including: Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)-free Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) alternatives, Surface Engineering, Energetic Materials and Munitions, Critical Chemicals, Minerals, and Materials. Noblis provides technical and programmatic support in the broad area of weapons systems and platforms to execute the mission of these DoD Programs. We seek to identify personnel with knowledge and experience in this area to join our team of talented professionals to successfully support the strategic goals of SERDP and ESTCP. This is a client-facing position.
