Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform liaison work with individuals in various organizations on legislative proposals, regulations, policies, program issues, and resources.
• Provide programmatic oversight and coordination of grant funding for local/state/tribal programs.
• Conduct program administration work, including contract and grant management.
• Serve as a programmatic and technical expert on water quality and/or restoration programs and projects.
• Conduct studies of diverse environmental issues and track and monitor results.
• Formulate and direct the development and implementation of long-range analytical and managerial studies.
