About The Position

At Trileaf, an Environmental Project Manager is a team lead that is responsible for the operations and revenue goals of a small team (typically 4-5 employees), including hiring and development of staff as well as day-to-day management of clients. This full-time, salaried role is an in-office position serving Trileaf’s Environmental Telecom team.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience managing employees and client relationships (preferred).
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred but not required).
  • Environmental Professional (EP) designation in accordance with ASTM E1527 (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Hire (or assume supervision of), train, lead, and manage personnel in the Arizona office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the Arizona Area of Responsibility (generally covering regions west of the Rockies).
  • Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations and salary reviews for direct reports.
  • Provide weekly office status updates, including personnel, workload, and key performance metrics.
  • Supervise, review, and submit NEPA, Phase I, Phase II, and other technical reports, ensuring all deliverables meet internal QA/QC standards and client expectations.
  • Clearly communicate scopes of work and guide clients through complex environmental and site challenges, offering solutions to improve efficiency and avoid potential barriers.
  • Manage client relationships, including distributing weekly project trackers, initiating new projects, handling purchase orders, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Support the development and growth of client relationships within the designated Area of Responsibility.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
