With a tight-knit team of 15 professionals we specialize in delivering high-quality, tailored environmental solutions to industry leaders across sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, and real estate. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional, especially in the mid to later stage of career. You'll lead projects hands-on, share your knowledge generously, and act as a trusted voice internally and with clients. The ideal candidate will bring not only technical expertise and leadership but calmness under pressure to lead high-impact projects, mentor staff, and help guide our continued success.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting or environmental engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist license in Georgia preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • A collaborative and mentoring approach to leadership
  • Proven ability to manage technically complex projects and client relationships
  • Comfortable operating in a boutique, high-performance consulting environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage environmental consulting and engineering projects, including Phase I/II site assessments, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC), Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPP), regulatory compliance and remediation
  • Serve as a key liaison to clients, regulators, and partners
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and team assignments across a diverse client base
  • Support strategic account management with our long-term, industry-leading clients
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level staff
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client relationships, and helping the firm grow organically
  • Help shape strategy and operations as a senior member of a small leadership team
