This position is located in the Land Protection Division - Site Clean-up Assistance and Tar Creek Section in Oklahoma City. Basic Purpose This position will perform technical and regulatory tasks associated with the Tar Creek Superfund Site Program within the Land Protection Division. The Tar Creek Superfund Site Program manages all aspects of the Tar Creek Superfund Site and includes but is not limited to managing complex cleanups, assessing and evaluating data, conducting environmental sampling, providing contractor and consultant oversight, preparing and reviewing technical reports, engaging in community relations, and coordinating with federal, state, and tribal stakeholders. This position will work under the immediate supervision of the Environmental Program Manager (EPM) of the Tar Creek Superfund Site/Site Cleanup Assistance Program. Employee’s home base will be at the Central Office in Oklahoma City.
