Visit our website to learn more. This role will focus on: The Project Engineer will work closely with the sales team and channel partners to provide engineering support for chemical feed solutions. This includes reviewing project specifications, selecting the appropriate solution, and preparing accurate scopes and/or quotations. As a key member of our engineering team, the Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of customized solutions for our customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years related product and W&WWT experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Functional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relation Management (CRM) software.
  • Quickly learns and achieve proficiency in new software applications as needed.
  • Can-do attitude and passion to provide customer focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting peristaltic pump/chemical feed & control equipment is preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Daily interaction with colleagues, W&WWT sales team, channel partners, EPCs and contractors.
  • Spec Project Review: Analyze and review project specifications and customer requirements to ensure alignment with our product offerings.
  • Project Management: Work with necessary people to ensure complete and accurate delivery.
  • Pump Selection: Utilize engineering knowledge and tools to select the right pump solutions based on application needs and project specifications.
  • Quotation Preparation: Work with the sales team to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers, ensuring all technical and cost considerations are included.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and channel partners to clarify technical requirements and provide expert advice on system design and product selection.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve engineering challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, offering effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including design specifications, project progress, submittals, Bill’s of Materials and communication with customers through our CRM.
  • Deliver internal and external training including Brown Bag presentations for EPCs.
