About The Position
The Western Sugar Cooperative (WSC) has a dynamic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Environmental professional located at its facility in Billings, Montana (the "Facility"). This position has dual responsibility, managing environmental compliance for WSC's factory in Billings, Montana with oversight of its compliance program at its factory in Lovell, WY. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Air, Water, Waste, and Energy regulation and policy, managing compliance in accordance with permits and federal regulation, and leading continual improvement in monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping in a heavy manufacturing environment. This person must be extremely organized and task-oriented to drive and execute environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. With a can-do attitude, this person must effectively communicate and collaborate with the Environmental Director, Factory Manager, supporting Facility Management, and Regulatory Agencies to contribute to WSC's goal of environmental excellence.
