About The Position

As our Environmental Lead in Saratoga Springs, UT, you'll drive business development, lead complex environmental projects, and serve as a trusted client advisor while mentoring staff and expanding our presence across the region. As our Environmental Lead, you will drive business growth, lead project execution, and provide technical and team leadership across environmental services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Geologic Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience leading environmental investigations and remedial solutions
  • Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, and regulatory processes
  • Experience managing client relationships and supporting business development activities, including preparing proposals, developing scopes and budgets, and contributing to winning new work
  • Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Utah DEQ experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop staff, delegate work, and balance team workload while promoting environmental services through training and collaboration.
  • Pursue new clients and project opportunities while supporting marketing efforts, industry engagement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as primary client contact and lead project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, subconsultants, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and present environmental investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial action plans to clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee field investigations and remediation activities while coordinating with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.
