Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming samples or consignments in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Verify receipt against Chain of Custody (COC) and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and complete Chain of Custody documentation.
• Log samples into Horizon Lab Information Management System (LIMS) for tracking purposes.
• Label samples for identification by work order/sample number.
• Assign and deliver samples to appropriate labs or storage for analysis.
• Perform courier duties as needed to support lab and client needs.
• Maintain compliance with all driver procedures and company policies.
• Prepare and ship sample kits to clients in a timely manner.
• Dispose of samples according to procedures and manage inventory of supplies for sample kits.
• Coordinate shipments to sub-labs and sister labs.
