This opportunity entails being under close supervision, assist departments by performing basic assignments in the areas including, but not limited to Science, Planning, Technology. This position is usually on a part-time, temporary, or co-op basis. Our Atlanta, GA office is seeking an Environmental Intern with a focus in Ecology for summer 2026. Relocation and housing are not provided for this role.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
Nice To Haves
- Ability to a ssist project team members with various support tasks including field surveys.
- Seeking a degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Forestry, Fisheries & Wildlife, or related field.
- Strong interest in transportation and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assists project team members with various support tasks.
- Conducts basic research and data collection.
- Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
- Assist in the development of graphics, presentation materials and reports.
- Performs other duties assigned.
