The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist supports the Institute’s comprehensive EHS program by providing technical expertise, regulatory support, and frontline implementation of environmental health and safety initiatives across research, academic, and administrative environments. Reporting to the Associate Director of Environmental Health & Safety, the EHS Specialist works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and campus partners to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and promote a strong culture of safety. The EHS Specialist plays a key role in incident response, training, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
