We are looking for an Envionrmental, Health & Safety Manager who manages all aspects of safety through managing established programs within the Menasha, Wisconsin faciliity.

  • Thorough knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years’ safety experience

Responsibilities

  • Foster a safety first culture within the facility through engagement, leading by example, and holding other accountable.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety walks with leadership and safety teams.
  • Perform contractor inspections and programmed safety audits per TC standards.
  • Manage change processes for machines, work areas, and safety communications.
  • Address and resolve employee safety concerns promptly.
  • Oversee environmental compliance tasks such as hazardous waste, chemical management, stormwater inspections, and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit required environmental and safety reports on schedule.
  • Lead Safety Team meetings, agendas, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate safety programs, including audits.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures. Managing work comp as needed.
  • Coordinate safety training schedules and ensure completion in partnership with HR.
